We are located in the DFW area. Our store is located online only for now.

We ask that you allow 3 - 4 days for processing and shippment. Your lux item will arrive in 5 - 10 business days once it is shipped.

We absolutely want you to be happy with your lux purchase! We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Make sure to use our "contact us" page so that we can make sure you have a hassle free experience. No exchanges as every piece is one of a kind, however we will issue you store credit if you so wish.
